Our company provides specialized services in serverless architecture, encompassing strategy consulting, system design, software development, and ongoing support. By engaging our services, you acknowledge your commitment to adhere to all relevant legal requirements and the provisions outlined in these Terms & Conditions.
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to software code, design work, documentation, trademarks, and proprietary materials created or provided through our services, remain the exclusive property of DSIK unless expressly transferred to the Client in a separate written agreement. Any use of our intellectual property requires prior written authorization from DSIK.
We recognize that our professional engagement may involve access to sensitive business information. All confidential data shared during our collaboration will be protected in accordance with applicable legal standards. We implement reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of such information.
DSIK's total liability arising from the provision of services shall not exceed the aggregate fees paid by the Client for the particular services that resulted in the claim. We expressly disclaim liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost business opportunities, revenue loss, or data loss.
Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold DSIK, including its partners, employees, contractors, and representatives, harmless from any third-party claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from Client's use of our services or breach of these Terms.
Either party reserves the right to discontinue the service relationship with appropriate written notification. DSIK may suspend or terminate service access immediately for breach of these Terms. Client obligations for payment of services rendered prior to termination remain in effect.
These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and enforced under the laws of the Republic of Estonia, excluding any conflict of law provisions that would apply different legal standards.
DSIK reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions as necessary. Updated terms will be published on our website with immediate effect from the date of posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
